Online Training & Customer Support

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in an online training and customer service role to assist in delivering our unique product set to our valued customers.

Your duties will be to provide personable online product training of our management product and provide 1^st level support to assist with product issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide new and existing customers with product training
• Assist customers with product issues tracking them to resolution
• Record and track customer enhancement requests providing feedback to the development team.
• As part of a team you will be asked to provide input to help improve our business processes.
• Manipulating and interrogation of data files.

The successful candidate will possess:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Enthusiastic with strong work ethic
• Customer focused friendly demeanor.

Ideally you will have had previous exposure and understanding of business management systems and Web applications and a basic understanding of accounting systems.

Skills in the following technologies will be advantageous:
• Basic SQL
• HTML
• Account packages

i-man Pty Ltd are experiencing strong growth and are looking for an individual to join our team to develop our products further.

Skills in the following technologies will be advantageous:

• Coldfusion
• SQL Development
• HTML

Ideally you will have had previous exposure and understandings of service based industries and have 6-12 months experience in development of Web applications.

You will also possess a professional communication style and friendly demeanour with a strong enthusiastic work ethic.
