Users of i-man's project management system who have been added to a project task can add time, material and expenses to the task. This information can then be utilised for project report information and managing time lines. Expenditure of resource information is shared with the resource tracking module of i-man system so the information will be transposed onto individual timesheets. i-man's project mangement system allows external business units to be added to projects, allowing them to directly interact with a project file. Once added to a project you can directly task stake holders information requests that have dependencies associated to them or generate variation requests directly to service providers, keeping electronic records of all communication associated to a project.
