    Task Notes:    i-man's task management system allows task notes to be added by anyone who has been associated to a task with the user entering the note having control over who sees it.
    Document Attachments:    A provision is made within the task management system to attach links to documents associated to the task. The system can store the link so it can be opened from the task or attach it to an e-mail notification.
    Task Grouping:    i-man's task management system allows tasks to be grouped by type providing more informative reporting. There is no restriction to the task types available as the system administrator dynamically sets them.
    Priority Tasks:    An open tasks can have its priority raised by the client or owner at any point, allowing them to escalate an issue and improve the task management process. Task recipients are notified by e-mail when a task has been escalated.
    Task Status:    A user who is currently assigned to a task can update the status of a task at any point. This status is displayed to the client keeping them informed through the task management cycle.
    Periodic Tasks:    i-man's task management system allows tasks to be automatically generated at regular intervals. The system stores a task template and uses the current due date assigned to that template to determine when a task is generated and then uses the frequency period assigned to that template to calculate the next due date.
    Compliance Sheets:    i-man can improve Task management even further by giving the user the option of adding compliance requirements when a task is generated. The compliance items can be adhoc or generated from a template specific to that business unit. The can be used like a quality assurance checklist or as a series of subtasks assoicated to your task management requirements.Task management
    Schedule Resources:    i-man's task management system provides an interface for users to schedule events related to a task. The interface provides a weekly snapshot of meetings related to specific tasks in the system. Users are sent reminders via e-mail of pending events and the scheduled time also appears in the users task list.
    Invoicing Tasks:    i-man's task management module is integrated with the invoicing module allowing every individual task to be invoiced separately. Users also have the option of collating individual tasks into a single invoice.
