Asset Grouping: To further improve the ability of a user to find an asset,
the asset tracking system allows users to group their data by business unit or location. This can also be utilised to improve
accountability, as personnel within each business unit have access to the system and can see what they are responsible for.

Tracking Tasks:
i-man's asset tracking and task tracking components
are integrated allowing users to combine the physical tracking of assets with the features that task tracking has to offer. This provides the platform
for capturing a full service history on each asset or monitoring work by external service providers. An additional feature that
enhances i-man's asset tracking component is the periodic generation of tasks that are useful for flagging scheduled maintenance
dates for each asset.

Scheduled Tasks: Asset tracking is also supported with periodic tasks. These are re-occurring tasks that can be set against an asset and can flag scheduled maintenance dates, insurance renewal or warranty expiry dates. Periodic tasks can be viewed from the daily or weekly calendar interface, keeping you informed of when and what activities are due.

Related Documents: A provision is made within the asset tracking system to
attach links to documents associated to each asset. This provides users with a means of keeping track of documents associated to an
