Task workflow can be automated by incorporating a checklist template with the task. Each checklist item can be assigned a resource, this resource will be automatically forwarded the task when the previous checklist item is marked as complete.

| Resource Information: i-man's task tracking and resource tracking modules are totally integrated enabling resource
information assigned to each task to be available for invoicing and
performance reports while employee resource information is
automatically transposed into individual timesheets.

Task Notes: i-man's task tracking system allows task notes to be added by anyone who has been associated to a task with the user entering the note having control over who sees it.

The interface provides a weekly snapshot of meetings related to specific tasks in the system. Users are sent reminders via e-mail of pending events and the scheduled time also appears in the users task list.

Invoicing Tasks: i-man's task tracking module is integrated with the invoicing module allowing every individual task to be invoiced separately. Users also have the option of collating individual tasks into a single invoice.
