is an add-on component that enables IMS to automatically read emailed supplier
invoices and insert the line items into an IMS purchase order and book the
items against a job.
This eliminates the need for field or admin staff to
manually add items to a purchase order and significantly reduces the time admin
staff spend reconciling purchase orders with supplier invoices.
IMS has templates set up for most of the major plumbing
& electrical supplier’s, we also have a template for Bunning’s. Setting up
EasyParts requires a unique email address for your suppliers to email invoices to.
Once this is done and provided that there is a template for your supplier our
customer service team will map your supplier layout intoIMS, and it can be up
and running within hours.
