Streamlining Supplier Invoices - EasyParts

EasyParts has been in operation since early March 2011 and the feedback we are getting from companies using it has been great with substantial time saving benefits to field users and admin staff.

So what is EasyParts and how does it benefit IMS users?EasyPart’s is an add-on component that enables IMS to automatically read emailed supplier invoices and insert the line items into an IMS purchase order and book the items against a job.

This eliminates the need for field or admin staff to manually add items to a purchase order and significantly reduces the time admin staff spend reconciling purchase orders with supplier invoices.

IMS has templates set up for most of the major plumbing & electrical supplier’s, we also have a template for Bunning’s. Setting up EasyParts requires a unique email address for your suppliers to email invoices to. Once this is done and provided that there is a template for your supplier our customer service team will map your supplier layout intoIMS, and it can be up and running within hours.
