Thanks For A Great Year!

As we come to the end of 2009, we would like to thank all i-man customers who have been part of a successful year. We have continued to see strong growth in our customer base and have developed some fantastic new relationships on the way.

I would like to thank all those customers who have spent time talking to us as your input has given us great insight into how we should develop IMS further. Your feedback has been invaluable in telling us what we need to do to improve the look and feel of IMS and what features we should implement.

As we move towards 2010, we have plenty already planned so expect to see some great new features in many areas of IMS including the reporting interface and compliance area. We will also continue to talk to you to see what we can do to improve. We move into 2010 with greater optimism in the business community and a strong trend towards cloud computing so we are looking forward to a great year.

Best New Site for 2009

We have had a lot of successful implementations over the past 12 months however the stand out for 2009 is Atlantic Plumbing. Implementing any new job management solution with 46 staff members is challenging however Atlantic showed how it should be done, implementing IMS in the field within a month.

Their admin staff kept in close contact, telling us of any issues and working with us to resolve them to their satisfaction.

Atlantic are now seeing the benefits for their commitment to implement IMS, a fantastic effort.
